In September 2014, Toyoda Gosei North America Corporation opened a new manufacturing company in central Mexico to meet a strong car production increase in the country. The new company, Toyoda Gosei Irapuato Mexico, S.A. de C.V. (TGIMX) was Toyoda Gosei’s fourth manufacturing base in Mexico and third project with SIDEE.
The 407,008 sq. ft. modern manufacturing facility started operations in 2016 to supply radiator grilles, console boxes, and other plastic parts to automakers in the rapidly expanding North American market.
