Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico
In 2003, SIDEE developed and constructed a 116,832 sq. ft. executive building for industrial use in Matamoros, Mexico. The steel structure features prefabricated walls made of sustainable Hebel Autoclaved Aerated Concrete, 100% air conditioning, freight truck ramps, parking for fifty-four vehicles, and green areas.
This facility has optimized the production and distribution of automotive safety systems such as airbags, to Toyoda Gosei’s customers across North America.
