Trico
In 2021 TRICO™ decided to expand their current Mexico operations and selected a brand new first-class facility that SIDEE had designed and built. The 170,000 sq. ft. facility in Los Palmares Industrial Park was a perfect fit for their manufacturing and distribution needs.
Merit Mexico
Merit Mexico's 149,240 sq. ft. manufacturing facility was designed and built by SIDEE in Los Palmares Industrial Park. The location is perfect for distribution and provides access to a qualified workforce with experience in the automotive manufacturing industry.
NovaLink A
SIDEE conceived & built NovaLink A from the ground up with efficiency in mind; including insulated pre-fab walls and roof. The cost-savings continue with a production area that benefits from translucent ceilings that offer natural light.
NovaLink B
NovaLink B is the second of two buildings equaling a combined 404,911 sq. ft. of manufacturing and warehousing space over an estimated 22 acre lot adjacent to FINSA Parque Industrial del Norte in Matamoros, Tamaulipas, México.
Tapex Mexicana
In 2003, SIDEE developed and constructed a 116,832 sq. ft. executive building for industrial use in Matamoros, Mexico. It was originally leased by Grupo Schumex, S.A. de C.V. before being purchased by Toyoda Gosei for Tapex Mexicana, S.A. de C.V. The acquisition of this facility marked Toyoda Gosei’s first foray into Mexico.
Toyoda Gosei Irapuato Mexico
Toyoda Gosei Irapuato Mexico (TGIMX) was Toyoda Gosei’s third project with SIDEE. The 407,008 sq. ft. facility is used to manufacture and supply radiator grilles, console boxes, and other plastic parts to automakers in the rapidly expanding North American market.
Toyoda Gosei Rubber Mexico
TGRMX is Toyoda Gosei’s third manufacturing base in Mexico. Located in Los Palmares Industrial Park in Matamoros City, Tamaulipas, TGRMX supplies fuel hoses and radiator hoses for Toyota and other business partners in the U.S., Canada and Mexico.
